Grilled Pork Loin
• 3.5 lbs pork loin roast
• Rosemary
• Ground Thyme
• Thyme
• White pepper
• Rosemary
• Ground mustard
• Garlic powder
• Several cloves of garlic
• coriander
• Cumin
• Brown Sugar
1. Ensure pork loin is cut almost all the way through in between each set of bones. This might require reciprocating saw.
2. Create dry rub out of rosemary, thyme, white pepper, ground mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, coriander, and brown sugar.
3. Insert large cloves of garlic between slices of meat.
4. Tie meat with butcher string.
5. Cook on grill at 400 degrees over heat for 10 minutes per side
6. Move off direct heat, continue cooking until internal temp hits 145 degrees.
7. Remove from heat.
9. Pork loin does not need to rest so go ahead and serve.
